Video games

In the last two decades or so, technology has grown at an unimaginable fast pace. Possibilities which were unbelievable before are not only possible but executed as well. The video game market a decade ago was simple. At some point in our life, we must have had a console at home with Mario and duck shoot and soccer games. In fact, most of us must have wasted hours playing such games.

But today after the introduction of newer gaming systems like XBOX and Play stations, PSP and so on, there are games that make as much money as a Bond or Spiderman movie would. These games are continuously expanding at a very fast rate and have a huge fan following and sometimes the most disciplined and systematic users organize their work around the game play, for them it is a big deal. Some games have even been able to help them grow their organizational and managerial skills.

Champman is a website which helps in pointing out the positives of games. Games can often reflect the realties of other people, like football or for that matter wrestling or cricket games. FIFA games are very popular with children who are sports freaks. The series can also help children grow their organizational skills as trying to figure out how to go about things in the game. The game will be entirely your own. You set up teams, they play and accordingly they win or lose.

One has to be crazy about the game in order to have that passion to play and frenzy to win. There are numerous types of games that are available online whose information you can find here. These simulation games have a huge market and are therefore immensely popular. Video games for many are channels of escapism into an unreal world which isn't governed by delightful little things called fate and destiny. It helps one deal and cope with their real mundane life better. But counselors have doubted that anything learnt from these games have any application value in real life. This contradiction between fantasy and reality will exist.

Like any other occupation, these games are divided into departments which need to be organized and handled accordingly. There are separate goals and missions of these games. The main mission is to finish the game. The player needs to concentrate, focus, be passionate about the game and play with a single minded determination.

There must be a great deal of co-ordination and communication. Often there are large scale operations to be carried out which needs multi player and headsets which will help them organize attacks and be able to defend by giving orders. The gamer can acquire valuable skills. Video game skills can be recognized at par with managerial skills in MNC's. But the experience of a manager needs a lot more than just XBOX playing skills.
